The Bill (Reg. No4071) suggests the amendments to the effective Law in the part on preparation of the military specialists for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, order of the military service contract conclusion on the officer´s position by the military school students, compensation of the loss to the state in case the first contract is annulled by the military servicemen due to the non-plausible circumstances and improvement of certain other issues regulation that were detected in the course of the practical implementation of the Law.
The Bill suggests the inclusion into the register o the military educational subdivisions of the higher educational establishments departments of the military training.
